Both of my parents are now residents of Beechtree. My mother was very hesitant and did not want to leave her home to go into a nursing home but she's realizing it was the best way to go. They both have dementia and need the extra care that Beechtree provides. The staff are wonderful and take good care of them.

I would say that this facility is doing the best it can under the tough economic conditions in the assisted living facility universe. I have close friend who I am visiting there. A close friend who I am visiting there has been there for two years and her condition has improved since she entered this residential facility. None of these facilities are perfect. It’s a very hard business to provide for people with lower income, especially and I would say beach tree has done a decent job for my friend.

Our family just lived through our mother's end-of-life care at Beechtree and are so grateful for the way she and we were treated during her short stay. Their guidance and followthrough on the comfort care we all needed was invaluable. The small details like a flowered quilt donated by a local quilting circle and the concierge's bedside visits gave a humane touch to an emotional taking leave of our 99 1/2 year old family rock. I went to visit a very elderly friend who is not a good fit for this kind of setting. The staff admitting her was incredibly patient and persistent trying to get her to be comfortable. I really appreciate their efforts! And subsequent visits I wonder if they’re not a little shorthanded? As so, many places are in these days. I found the staff caring and BUSY.

The staff at Beechtree were polite, professional and helpful. I throughly enjoyed my time visiting. Cleanliness is apparent as there was no clutter noted during my visit. I enjoyed passing through the dining area on the third floor where Residents were playing games together. Very enjoyable
