We cannot say enough good about the Southern Utah Veterans Home. I've worked in hospitals and nursing homes but have never seen anything like here. So beautiful and so kind. They make every effort to help our Veterans. My husband is in for rehab now. They have helped him physically and are so supportive to both of us. We are so blessed that we are able to experience this great place and are so thankful you rescued my husband out of a prior place where he wasn't being taken care of. Thanking God for this wonderful place and for all the staff and doctors and administration that made this possible for us. So grateful. Terry Pat Cross
A beautiful facility with extraordinary professionals taking care of our precious uncle. I have never been exposed to a nursing home of this caliber, certainly a comfort during a difficult stage of life of a loved one.
The Southern Utah Veteran's Home is a great place for Veterans to spend their last days or years. Our Father died in December, 2021 and had been in the Vet's Home for nearly 6 years where he received great care. The Home itself is in a beautiful location that is soul insipiring with the picturesque Red Mountain in the background. The Staff were amazing as they took great care of our father, who loved them and their service. We as a family were so grateful for all they did to assist our father and make sure his needs were attended to. It gave us much comfort in working with them to make sure Dad had everything he needed to have the best life he could have in those final years. (He lived to be 100+ years old and that was an amazing accomplishment for him! He was happy there!) A heartfelt "Thank You" to all of those who were part of Dad's care and wellbeing!
This Veteran's Home is by far the finest recovery facility I have ever seen! They serve our Veterans with the utmost care and dignity. The staff welcomed my husband in and worked together to create the best recovery plan for him. His recovery was swift and he returned home far better than he has been in resent years. Thank you Southern Utah Veterans Home!!!!
My husband has been in the Southern Utah Veteran's Home memory care unit for 3 months & it has been absolutely awesome! Their care & activities are beyond the normal care homes. We've had nothing but excellence in every aspect of his experiences there! They are all incredible employees that love & give the best of everything possible! I will always be so thankful for this group of people that I depend on for the best care for the man I love! Thanks again!
