Signature Healthcare of Fentress County

My dad has been there for rehabilitation & they've taken good care of him. He is a tall man & on the heavy side. He needed a shower. The people at the station said a shower was supposed to have been given by the night shift. The dayshift workers came to clean him that day. The food wasn't that great but we all had taken him food. The facility was clean. Thank you Signature Healthcare

Signature of Fentress office staff were nothing short of amazing! When my family member was sent there they worked with us so well, Kayla was absolutely amazing in making sure all our needs were understood and met, she kept us well informed and continued to help us through the process of transferring her to the ER to another facility and into hospice even though my family member wasn’t there at their facility at the time she continued to keep me updated and was so kind and compassionate to all of us! We will forever be grateful for her and all the staff there for all the love and support they sent to us.

I was a patient/resident at Signature HealthCARE of Fentress County, where I stayed for a little over two weeks for rehabilitation, including physical and occupational therapy. I was transferred and checked in on a Friday evening, which was a bit chaotic since most of the administration, staff, and residents had already left for the weekend. The weekend was relatively quiet until Monday when everyone returned, and I completed all my evaluations. On that day, I met several people from the administration. They were all friendly, attentive to my needs, and made sure to ask if I required anything. Kayla, my social worker, was outstanding—she always checked in on me and ensured I was doing well. The physical therapy team was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Chris, Crystal, Stephanie, and Shazz, who are all fantastic individuals. They helped me get back on my feet and moving again after being in the hospital for six weeks. The nurses and CNAs were also kind and attentive, always there to help when I needed assistance, even with something as simple as turning off a light. They genuinely cared about my well-being, and I appreciated them all. Some of the night-shift CNAs were especially awesome. If I had any complaints, it would be about the food. However, I’m grateful I was able to recover and get back on my feet after just a couple of weeks. I highly recommend Signature HealthCARE of Fentress County for rehabilitation, particularly for physical and occupational therapy.

My name is Gerry. My mother was recently transitioned from Livingston Regional Hospital to Signature FC. I have interacted with staff members who have been extremely cooperative and responsive to our family’s needs from Kayla, SS Director/Admission, to Jessica, BOM, and of course to the entire nursing, dietary, therapy, activities and maintenance staff. A BIG thank you for making our transition gentler and kinder. You’re the BEST!!

I would just like to express my sincere thanks to the entire staff at Signature Health Care for the care given to my father. From the initial admission process to his daily care I have been very pleased with the dedicated care given on a daily basis. This team truly care about their residents.
