The facility is clean and welcoming to visitors. The visitor process is very comforting to me as your temperature is taken upon entry along with a photograph for security. I love the fact we can take our loved one out for walks around the property and get her some fresh air. Teresa and Brandy are exceptional and you can tell they care about the people they take care of. Staff was very responsive in time of need. I would recommend this facility to others.
Reynaldo is a blessing. He takes good care of my mom , give her a decent shower she always looks clean and well taken care and always make her laugh, my mom is always happy to see him. Great Job Reynaldo❤️ Also, Leandro does a good job with my mom. Mrs Margaret is sooo good with my mom and understand the care that I want my mom to have. Great Job guys!!!!! Thank you sooo much❤️
I just visited my Aunt today. My first visit to Palm Garden. Found it to be a pleasant experience. The staff very friendly and attentive. Spoke with many patients in hallway and lovely smiles and Hello's. Pleased!
My mom was here for 4 months and she had wonderful care. There were many who made her stay much easier for her. When she arrived, she was not able to do hardly anything for herself. They have nursed her back to health and the physical therapy team has been absolutely phenomenal. I want to give a special shout out to Heather in Physical Therapy. I do not think my mom would have made such a great recovery without her. Also mom really appreciated the wonderful job of Brandy, who is one of the aides. The wound care nurse, Lisa, also really went out of her way to make mom feel better. There were many others who were wonderful and I hesitated to name specific people, but mom really felt that those 3 people went above and beyond.
I went there to recover from multiple knee surgeries due to infections. The majority of all the staff did an excellent job making my almost 3 month stay the best it could be. Special shout out to the PT staff, and to Lisa Vacant the wound care Nurse. She made sure my surgical sites were always taken care of and healed properly. I didn't think after 3 surgeries that it would close and heal, it did with her oversight. Thank you!!!
