This place was absolutely horrible. They treated my Dementia mother like trash. She would have huge bruises that nobody could explain and they isolated her from everyone else. They stole her belongings and was very rude. I did meet a couple nurses that were sweethearts but it was more lazy and rude than anything else.
I would like to say that every department has a caring side, loving side,always smiling, taking care of not only my aunt but all the patients. All the techs an nurses do their absolute best an is deeply appreciated. I couldn't ask for a better staff taking care of my aunt☺️
Early this summer, I moved from Arizona to Tennessee after my son passed away. I have two sons and wives that are angels. There were lots of children and grandchildren and great grandchildren. I needed my family. My husband has Parkinson’s disease and I had a time, staying upright and not falling down. I had the second fall this year. I am 77 and never thought I would be like this. Well, I have learned these are not the Golden Years I thought it would be. There is so much going on in the world today. It has become difficult to find good things going on. Here are some that I have found. I have gotten to better know my sons, their wives,,children, and so on. One Son cooks and takes care of my husband while I’m in the rehab, and his wife, takes care of my pets, my yard my mail. They have also successfully fought off over six appeals. I have an insurance company that since I can’t walk thinks I should go home. They don’t think I need any more help The other Son and his wife run errands, and have become my thinkers when we run out of ideas and what I should do next. All and all I feel very fortunate the staff here at the rehab has been great. My family is outstanding. Someone up there really likes me. You do have to wait a while sometime, but I hope you find good fortune as well.
This place is the best. From the time I first contacted Jessica to start the process of moving my sister to this facility, she has gone over and above her job to help me out. Hailee and Taylor and other office staff are fantastic too. Nurses, whose names I can't remember, (Alicia? Nikk?) took very good care of my sister. She wasn't the easiest person to get along with at times due to early stages of dementia and other and multiple other diagnoses, but they all did their best for her. One time there was an issue with a tech from a temp agency. After the office was notified, the director called back within a few minutes. He took immediate care of the situation and called back to say so. No complaints from me and my family at all about this facility.
Took daddy to maury regional on Christmas 2023 was released on 12-30-23. Transported him to NHC lewisburg to be closer to home many of the staff (too many to mention) Alex,Troy in physical therapy and the lpn were wonderful thank you for making this hard time a little easier.
