I called after hours because I work off hours at a different facility. A CNA was nice enough to answer right away. I asked to speak with the charge nurse to get a status update on my father there that was on hospice care. I was told the nurse was busy but if I left a number she would call back. I figured as much due to the time I called. Around 7pm or a little later. I was assured that I would get a return call. I waited until 11pm and still didn't get a call back so I went to bed. The next day after work around the same time I tried to call again and got the exact same treatment...the nurse will call you back. And again no call back. I personally work in Healthcare and understand if you get busy. But when you say you will call back then do so. My father passed a day or 2 later and I never got even the smallest call about his status or a update from the nursing dept. I would not recommend anyone to this place until they actually start to return family calls when they say they will
I just want to say when my dad was there the short time that he was there he wasn't taken care of as good ashe should of been and they were giving him a medications that he wasn't supposed to have at the same time and I'm not happy how he was taken care of I wouldn't tell ppl to go there
The whole staff is friendly. They give great personal care to their residents. They have activities and really put effort into involving residents and visitors.
Can't believe they charge for cable TV a month 10 for 93 people 930 a month while patients are paying 12 to 14 thousand a month this is just wrong
