Roberta , Abbey, & the whole staff took good care of my Dad. He told me himself that he got good care & plenty to eat. When I called to check on him , they were always kind & would get the right staff member to talk to me.

As with many other reviews here, this place is horrible. Roberta, the administrator, is a soulless, vile person. In less than a year my mother in-law was hospitalized 8 times for the same uti, and lung infections because they refused to provide antibiotics, do lab work or would lie and say they were and not do it until she had to be rushed to the hospital with kidney failure and low oxygen levels. Not to mention they dropped her, didn't report it and discovered at the icu that she also had a spinal fracture. They would let her sit with infections, would not bath her, brush her teeth, clean out her ears or anything. Then have the nerve to get an attitude when you have to tell them to do their jobs while they play on their phoned at the nurses station. They all deserve to be in prison and it starts with the administrator on down. She publicly belittles the staff in from of patients and visitors with her stupid little purse dogs running around in clothes with bedazzled collars. She is the perfect example of poor leadership and completely fails her duties for the position. The fault lies with her. Currently being investigated by the state. Take your family elsewhere.

My parents have been at StoneBridge more Than 3 years. We have found staff to be kind and compassionate in respecting their privacy while keeping a watchful eye for their Safety. Their care made the transition of leaving their home to the nursing home much easier.

So glad to be able to have my dad close to his family where everyone is able to visit any time. Knowing the staff and administrators truly makes the hard decision of putting your family member in a nursing care facility a lot easier. The therapy department does a wonderful job also!

James & Gisela Speth's profile photo

My mother stayed there twice. And she was very happy there. Matter of fact they spoiled her rotten. If she had any issue she would let me know. than I would go to Roberta . And she would take care of it right away. I never came and see her at the same time.
