My grandmother was there for just a short time but received the best care we could ever imagine. Her nurse, Hobie, and CNA Amy, were so kind and compassionate not to just her but to us, her family, as well. She passed while there and 2 other employees, who I had never met, asked if they could give me a hug to offer support in our difficult time. All of their kindness will never be forgotten.
NHC does a great job across all of the staff. They are caring and patient and take their roles seriously. This facility seems to be properly staffed with the right skills. The facility itself is mostly up to date and is well equipped. I am not sure how you train people to be kind but I suspect it’s because the staff are just good people and came that way!
