Please don’t let the Google rating fool you. My partner was admitted here and did not stay long due to the conditions. The facility felt poorly maintained from the moment we arrived — the entrance door was broken, the building smelled strongly and unpleasantly, and the rooms showed visible neglect, including holes in the walls. When I came to visit, I wasn’t greeted by staff at the front desk. They simply stared at me and didn’t ask for identification, my relation to the patient, or any questions at all. I was allowed to walk in without any security checks, which was very concerning. The foul odor continued throughout the main entrance and into my partner’s room. He requested a transfer, but we were told the process would take a long time. Because of this, he had to leave against medical advice and was re-admitted to the hospital to restart the process. He was eventually advised to pursue home health care or another facility instead. Please don’t let the Google rating mislead you — our experience was extremely disappointing.

my mother was here for rehab after a month long stay at mercy medical. no physcian ever came to see her while she was there. she was diabetic and often said they didn't take good care of her. the cna ernie was often rude to my mother yelling at her and hating his job. my mom would tell me that he would be rude to her. my mother was blind. she needed help without being belittled. they check on their patients like once every 8 hours. the rooms look like they were made in 70s. they lost my mothers blanket and flowers. i asked repeatedly about them and never heard back. they say items need to be added to their inventory list but no one actually fills it out. the nurses take like an hour to respond to the call buttons. my mother died here. most of her items went missing and still yet unknown where they are. my mother often said she didn't remember if she got her medications. she was on over 12 medications with insulin and recalled not even half were given to her. if I could give negative stars i would. incredibly understaffed and the staff don't even want to assist patients without an attitude. only like two cnas were decent human beings. the physical therapist was wonderful. i know this place takes medical insurance patients but truly a terrible home. stay away.

My uncle was in here how all kinds of issues the nurses were really nice. That’s why I gave it a two star however, the night nurses weren’t as good but the morning nurses were fantastic. If you are not there, your loved ones don’t seem to get the care that they need I would suggest to go in regularly and check on them daily and don’t let them know the times you were showing up. Also before your loved ones, get there, make sure you take off all of the important jewelry. My uncle‘s jewelry was all stolen and never returned and nobody ever gotten back to me when we asked numerous times they just ignored us gave us the runaround said they would call us back. They never did even the caseworkers never got back to us on this. Best of luck.
