Arbors at Minerva

Excellent facility, very clean, very friendly staff! The residents are very happy here! I really enjoy the activities here! I am here for short term rehab and I would recommend this facility, the therapist are understanding and working at my pace! The nurses and aides are wonderful! I can't say enough good things about arbors . I will come back if I ever need services

I came for short term rehab . I love it they feed me good. Therapy department is great. I would recommend this facility to anyone.. I will be back for sure when I need care . They even gave me a free arbors shirt on the day I left

What can I say about my experience at Arbors of Minerva. I can tell you that you will be surprised, because I know I was. First day there after I arrived. A nurse or a nurse's aid comes in to see if I need anything. As I told not at the moment, but thanks for asking I said. Then a therapist comes in and starts doing a few exercises with me to see what they were going to be getting into with a patient that shouldn't be at a facility like this; but the circumstances and reasons for myself were warranted. I never had an issue with anyone in the facility, and it felt like one big family atmosphere. Always making sure I had what I needed during my time there. Plus all the therapist I came across were very kind and helpful. I want to take this time to say thank you to everyone who had a hand in my care and well being while I was in your amazing facility. Our father spent the last 8 months of his life at Arbors of Minerva. We were more that pleased with the care and attention he received there. Dad also expressed that he knew they cared about him. As he continued to decline they continued to meet his changing needs. I would not hesitate to recommend their care to other friends or family members.

Just want to say if you’re looking for a clean friendly environment for your loved one. This is the place. And Monica is absolutely the best individual I ever met. She does not hesitate to answer your questions or take the time to call you back. She is constantly on top of everything when it comes to her residents. She is someone I put all my trust into when it comes to my mother. I wish there were more people like Monica out there. She’s not just a hard worker but she puts her heart into her work. Thank you Monica for everything. I know my mom will love her stay with you guys.
