My mother was at Fountainview for approximately 2 1/2 years. She received exceptional care from every single person there. I never had to worry about whether she was safe or cared for. If it were not for the staff there I never would have made it through my mother’s illness and subsequent passing. I stayed with my mom for almost a week before she passed and almost everyone on staff came and talked with me at length , offered advice, and a shoulder to cry on. Being an only child who has not navigated a situation like this before , I owe them a debt that can never be repaid. I made a list of names to share : Melissa and Michelle, who truly cared for my mom as if she were their own family, always made me feel comfortable to ask questions. From the beginning they were my go-to people if I needed info . Jesse who was there on her last day and showed great kindness when the time came. Kayla , Donna, Willow , Serena who all took time to come check on us and to offer support in whatever was needed. The best of the best. Night staff- Corey , Felicia and Elaine. Always there to answer questions, offered support , hugs , just went above and beyond. Housekeeping staff Kim and Sharon, who kept everything so clean and stopped in to talk like a friend on those days that I was there. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you … Helen’s daughter

My mother was a resident at Fountain View of Monroe for four years following a hip fracture and until recently passing and we were very happy with the facility, staff, and quality of care she had there. Fountain View was recommended to us by an expert in the care field and it was spot on. The facility is clean, beautiful and welcoming and has a real vibrancy. The staff are very caring and friendly, both with the residents and with their family members. My brother and I spent a lot of time visiting and got to know many of the folks working there and they were great. The care my mother received was attentive and excellent from her arrival through her passing. It's always difficult watching your parents age, but knowing that they are in such good, caring and compassionate hand made a huge difference right to the end. If you are in the area and need a skilled nursing facility, this is the one you want.

Fountain View is an excellent rehab. My mother was treated like family. She loved all the nurses and aides. They were respectful and caring. My mom's nurse Kevin was especially nice and went above and beyond. The establishment was very clean. I saw someone cleaning every time I visited, which was different times of day. My mom had a spacious private room. Each room had a flowers or a bird feeder outside the window. There was always plenty of staff available all times of the day in case I had any questions.

My husband received excellent care from the staff who worked with and/or engaged with him on a regular basis, and the facility was cheerful and clean. The nurses, aides, and therapists were professional and compassionate; even the housekeeping and kitchen staff went out of their way to make his stay as pleasant as possible, as well as the receptionists and activities facilitators. I am holding back a star due to the very lean staffing and the disconnect between the therapists (who are outsourced) and the other staff involved in patient care. This seemed to be an administrative issue. Social Work support and communication between "decision makers" and family members was also sub par.

My mother loves living at Fountain View. She tells me every day how kind and helpful the staff are. I feel confident Mom is well cared for, safe and comfortable. I'd recommend Fountain View for any one trying to care for a family member and know they are happy and safe.
