It was a nightmare. Transfer from hospital went good. Upon arrival I was weighted in my wheel chair and put in a room. A nice nurse brought me lunch. That was it. I never got a glass of water. No one checked my vitals. I was hours over due for my pain pills and another med. My call button didn't work. I signed myself out and had daughter and husband take me home.

Serious concerns with both how they care for their patients and how they communicate with family when there is a problem. My Dad fell out of bed overnight and we were never given details about what happened. There were no precautions taken to prevent him from hurting himself when he fell nor did they share with us how long he had been laying on the floor - he was found at 4am and transported to the hospital.

Staff was amazing, but rest was a nightmare. I literally froze every night. Temp was set at 60. Food was iffy at times like the last night there, dried out hot dog bun along with tasteless hot dog. I was on antibiotics for a staph infection after my last night they told me I was all done with them. I knew better, so I called the doctor and I was on them for another 2 months I think place needs a face-lift and get some color on the walls

This facility needs a completer overhaul of its personnel and policies of interaction with patients and moral compass. No nursing home in my experience gives poorer service and lack of compassion.

Byron Despres-Berry's profile photo

Not great. The front desk staff could not tell us which room our friend was in. And the place seems dangerously cluttered.
