St. Margaret’s took excellent care of my mother. The staff were extremely attentive. From the nursing staff, Tasha took excellent care of my mother. Was extremely encouraging. Also, the food staff, Rhonda, went above and beyond ensuring all meals were prepared with love. Also, Ms.Patrice made sure when my mother was released she had all DME equipment she needed and the transition was as smooth as possible. Lastly, the therapy team. Everyone was excellent from Jen, Bryant, Brook, Tim, and the entire team. Housekeeping was great. The facility was clean and residents were happy! I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name. From the administration to housekeeping even from the greeter at the door. St. Margaret’s provided an excellent transition for my mother to return home.
My dad has been here for almost 8 months and it took him sometime to get adjusted but he likes this facility more than the last facility. The staff is awesome. And the nurses really are attentive to the residents.
Saint Margaret has the BEST CARE . Here they treated our mother here VERY Well. She has EXCELLECT care here with the friendly staff and they gentle with their patients this place is AWESOME and well organized and CLEAN !! SANTA MONICA , CA. 💞
My mother was referred to this nursing home from being hospitalized for three weeks. She was placed under hospice care. Hoping this facility is a caring one. My first impression of the staff appeared to be somewhat caring. But, when I asked questions about the care, I was verbally assaulted and threatened by a CNA staff who displayed negative behaviors and followed me to the front door of the facility when I was leaving the facility. I reported the incident to administration. In addition, I received a call at 6:23 am., the next morning from an LPN or RN that my mother fell out of her bed. She stated she did not know what happened. Poor supervision. However, my mother is bed bound and she has rails on her bed and cannot walk or move. I am uncomfortable with staff and their caring nature.
My grandmother stayed here. She had an amazing time. They took great care of her. They gave her a sense of community and she felt involved with staff and residents. Highly reccomend to anyone looking for a nursing home.
