1. I just went to the Thanksgiving brunch yesterday and the food was horrible. The cook spent more time roaming the dining hall and pushing his religion on all of his guests rather than making sure his food was good. It was arguably the worst thanksgiving dinner I've ever had. 2. The nurses here were horrible and neglectful of my grandfather to the point he was kicked out and sent to a psych ward because of their treatment of him. 3. Overpriced.
I retracted my review, they treat u great for about a week, to get a good review!! Then all hell breaks loose, I had a horrible experience, so many things, they would take meds away my heart dr. Gave to me, was getting weaker n sicker, n they wouldn't do anything, just ignored me, therapy was going good until review came out, I was so sick I couldn't eat very much, sick to stomach. No help n I couldn't figure it out. ( but I did ) .one aid said I was bleeding real bad, pur blood no urine, for 3 days then decided to do urine test, a man nurse gave me results after Noone else would do, he said I was complete mess, red blood cells white counts n few other things were through the roof n really bad. Took another 2 to 3 days for their dr. To give me antibiotics for a week. Blood work after that n wouldn't give me results, n I was so weak from all my therapy went down n only 5 steps then. They kept saying I kept refusing to do things, total lies. I have a very bad heart n dr. Was stopping me on meds n giving me what he wanted. My heart dr. Is in Cleveland clinic. Had a ekg n would not give me test results. I already knew back in a fib. Butt was very red n couple sores but wanted me to sit in wheelchair n would scream at me I said absolutely not I an so sick, n sick can't do anything. I ate like half bowl of broth n soup, couldn't handle anymore food, for bout 2 to 3 weeks, they cared less, it goes on n on, but to the end Oct 22nd I believe. ( 1st I had got ahold of my heart dr. N explain all to him. His nurse replied for me to go to hospital, so I told them. Insurance said Oct 25th last day nurse was yelling n screaming at me, why go hospital n if I did it would be a leave n she wouldn't give me nothing, could not discharge myself cause I would get no medical records n any meds the had on chart n kept bugging me, my Dr. In Cleveland said get to hospital. I told her n why n was in contact with my son n he looked up couple things n got advice. N I told them I was going to hosp. Again get me aid get myself ready to call 911. Told her I wanted my personal medicine she had n she kept screaming at me she was not going to do it, I said against the law. She saw ambulance come n took off, everyone did, Noone in site, took me to hosp. N my potassium was so low 2.8 hosp. Was critical, had put 6 bags of it in my IV immediately, waiting on ultra sound on my heart can be very dangerous, lots more to be revealed, I surest do not go there. I would of died...Robin Basilius.
Mom is receiving excellent care and support! From the amazing administration staff and social workers, to the wonderful nurses and aides, to the culinary specialists and fantastic therapy teams, to the spiritual and activities personnel, all have been top notch. My apologies if I have failed to mention anyone as it truly is a team effort here! Special shoutouts to Alysa, Chris and Brenda 🤗🤗🤗
Top-notch care. From the aides to nursing to rehab staff, everyone was a step above. Even the food was much better than most nursing facilities. These folks show what is possible when there is a desire to be the best.
Our mom is receiving wonderful care. All of the staff are kind, respectful and caring especially Alyssa, Brenda and Chris. We're so grateful to all of you!
