Rawlins House is truly a special place! My mom was a part of the memory care unit for two rehab stays in March 2024 and recently in Aug/Sept 2025 for falls with fractures. Both times she received exceptional, quality care. I was impressed they had a lot of the same staff even 1.5 years later - which can be rare in the LTC setting. Everyone you encounter there greets you with a smile and is beyond helpful. I could have walked in any time and had a full update & report on my mom. If you are looking for memory care for your loved one I would look no further. My mom received better care here than her private assisted living facility in Fishers. I want to give a special shout-out to Taylor, who made admissions a breeze and was always available to answer questions, Megan in therapy (SLT) who goes above & beyond her job in many ways. Lori & Michelle in memory care who provide exceptional care for the residents with the upmost respect & love. Jessica & Jim - the leadership in memory care who were always a phone call away and always stopped what they were doing to talk to me. Renee & Maryann in activities who keep the residents engaged and having fun all day, and so many more wonderful staff members that make that facility feel like a family. If I had to do it over I would’ve put my mom there sooner! I would highly recommend trusting them with your your loved one’s care.

Rawlins House is a special place! The administration staff is very professional and knowledgeable. DON/Cathi, SSD/Kathy and Buisiness office/Kelli are great. Natalie in HR had no reason to get to know me but she did and I truly appreciate the friendship we developed. All go out of their way to help. I will always remember and miss them. Have to also say the nurses are wonderful. Donald, Kevin and Lauren to mention a few. Aides Mariah, Cati, Kindle and Lisa are very good. Housekeeping staff are wonderful and keep clean rooms and building. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Definitely more than a 5 star rating. I think God for blessing me with Rawlins House. Thank you all! God bless and love always, James Hunsinger The physical therapists are outstanding! Megan, Makenzie, Paula, Amin and Hernandez are great!

We had so much fun at The Rawlins House Halloween Trick or Treat & Haunted House! The decorations were amazing, the staff & residents went all out, and the spooky atmosphere was perfect — just the right mix of fun and fright. My kids had the best time (and got plenty of candy 😄). You can tell how much effort and heart goes into making it special for the community every year. We’ll definitely be back next Halloween! 👻🧡

I have been to, or been involved with many nursing facilities over the years. Rawlins House is one of the BEST! The staff are all very attentive & caring, the facility is very clean & updated. They have lots of events and fun things for the residents to do on a daily basis. I wouldn’t hesitate to place a family member here! Highly recommend!

A great place to go that has the family and home atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. As far as a rehab, they are not set up to deal with trauma patients that need more care than the normal. They are great with the elderly. The best comment I can give is they go out of their way to correct problems that they may not be aware of until it's pointed out. 5 stars.
