The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and nice. The CNA, Dee that works on Long-term care was nice and friendly. The Director of Nursing, Christina, greeted me with a warm smile and she put a smile on my face. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and care team at Pulaski Rehab Center. They are taking such incredible care of my mother during a very difficult transition in her life. From the moment she arrived, every nurse, therapist, and support staff member has treated her with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. The entire team goes above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, encouraged her daily progress, and keeps our family informed every step of the way. Their compassion and professionalism makes all the difference in her recovery and emotional well-being. Thank you to everyone at Pulaski Rehab Center for your dedication, empathy, and unwavering support — your truly making a challenging time so much easier for our family. We’re forever grateful!

Today was my first visit here, and it was to visit a family member. The 2 things that I liked is 1) The place didn't have a "hospital" feel, somewhat of a home feel 2) The staff was super nice, helpful, friendly, and gives you a feeling that they take helping the patients seriously.

Pulaski Health & Rehab is the absolute best! My wife is an inpatient there. She has several serious medical issues. Thus far they have taken extraordinary care of her. The staff there are very professional and friendly! My wife and I have became very familiar with Rehab Centers. Over the years my wife has been an inpatient at several rehab centers between Radford, VA and Roanoke, VA. Therefore, I think we are excellent candidates for writing reviews, due to our experiences at 4 different rehab centers. If I could give Pulaski Rehab ten stars I would. They are way above 5 stars. But, I have to be satisfied with 5 because that's the most I can give them. Thank you so much for taking EXCELLENT CARE of my wife! Thank you as well for treating me and my family with dignity and respect! I go visit my wife everyday. Ergo, I feel knowledgeable enough to write a fair review. Thank you and blessings to the entire staff at Pulaski Health and Rehab Center!!
