I had the WORST experience with this so called nursing home. I called to talk to my mother and they would NOT let me talk to her. They were the RUDEST, most unprofessional people I have EVER talked to!! My mother is no longer there. DO NOT put your loved ones in this facility. They had the audacity to tell me that *if* they let me talk to my mother, she wouldn’t know who I was! Can you believe these people! It was extremely hurtful and downright rude. Horrible place.
Sad that one of the employees there stole my identity “Candace Wells” if she and her partner went through all the trouble to be able to access my accounts i could only imagine how easy it would be for her to steal any patient information on there. As someone who works in healthcare myself i know how easy it is to pull up patient information. Hope she’s not committing fraud with anyone else… poor patients, family should make sure there loved ones aren’t being frauded.
