Since placing my mother here in September, I have witnessed firsthand how caring and intentional the nurses, CNA’s, Housekeepers, Maintenance and Office workers are. Everyone is kind and shows my mom individual care. The Activities Team are constantly looking for ways to engage the residents and will ask for feedback from family. It has been a positive experience for us at a time when things looked pretty bleak. I appreciate everyone here and am so thankful that since it is necessary for my mother to be in a facility, we found this one.

The care I received from Signature Healthcare and Rehabilitation is one of the best I have received. As soon as I arrived their medical personnel went to work right away. I was then treated to a shower. Though I didn’t know I was throwing them off their regular schedule it was done with much care and kindness. I had just left a rehab center in another town where this level of care and concern was not shown. After being evaluated I started therapy the next day. These girls were very concerned about getting me in shape to go home. I was probably tired but I found them to be a little zealous. They were not being hard on me they were just trying to help me and help me they did. When I left the other rehab center I was not strong enough to stand or walk. The physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy are wonderful. It may seem unusual for a person who had back surgery to need speech therapy but she taught me so much on how to use my phone effectively in my everyday life. My new I phone was so hard for me but she taught me how to use it. The physical therapy began a pretty intense program for me. I am still not able to walk by myself but if I could have come here first I think I would be walking better. Thank you for working so hard to get me home. Some of the people you have working for you behind the scenes are unbelievable. I truly grew to love most of my CNAs. They did things for me that only my mom had done. The kitchen staff, the cleaning staff others that I don’t know what kind of staff they are in but each and every one was just as kind and considerate as the others I hope you haven’t stopped reading and that you get the message loud and clear. I would give them a six I highly recommend each and everyone who work there.I pray God’s blessings upon them. Judy Mayo.
