Case Manager Ava Tiangco at Riverside Post Acute Care assured me my mom would be in good hands and words cannot explain how she lived up to her promise. My mom received the absolute best care from the time she arrived to the time she was dispatched which was approximately two months. I would like to thank the Tha staff at Riverside Post Acute Care and especially Case Manager Ava Tiangco for the care my mom received.

My daughter spent a good amount of time in Riverside Post Acute at Jacksonville, Fl. I live in Williamsburg, Va and did not have much of a chance to travel to see her. Suzanne lived by herself in an apartment in Jacksonvile and develop so sort of blood disorder that cause her to have falls. Some with serious injury. I did not a trip to the hospital after one of her falls and she was recovering nicely. The doctors and nurses there are wonderful and on occasion I was able to speak with them. On several of the occasions to check on Suzanne, I call the main number and was able to speak to a wonder lady, Rebecca. She actually went to Suzanne's room to personally check on her and spoke to the staff. After she called me and gave a full report of Suzanne. Being this far away it was great to have someone who couild check in on my daughter and give me an update. Bob Williams, Suzanne's father in Williamsburg, Va

I cannot recommend Riverside Post Acute Care. My blind brother suffered greatly here and passed away on Saturday. Staff often ignored him, walked away while he tried to communicate, and delayed his medications even tho he was on hospice and had routine medication, leaving him in pain even in his final days. He was sometimes left in soiled clothing because staff refused to help him use the commode. A few RNs were sweet and genuinely tried to help, and the front office and cleaning ladies went above and beyond. But most of the other staff—medication aides and caregivers—were indifferent, inexperienced, or lazy. The medication aides often would not answer the phone, and I had to repeatedly call and sometimes speak directly to the RN supervisor to get any information about my brother. It was extremely frustrating and stressful. My brother endured unnecessary suffering, and I was left with trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTS from watching him suffer. Riverside Post Acute Care failed him and failed me as his advocate.

Riverside Post Acute makes me feel settled and comfortable. The food is good most of the time. Some of the cooks are pretty good. I have favorites that care for me. This includes Ana, Rosario, and Griselda.

I like Riverside Post Acute Care. Their skilled nursing facilities have helped me to walk with professional rehab. I'm not really good with words. So this is it. I wish I could stay here. They are so good to me.
