Hello I recently tried to bring my mother to this establishment and spoke to Jocelyn in charge of the ridge on iris drive. She appeared to be nice and promised many things but never came through with any of it. She never returned my calls and kept my family and me waiting for an answer for two months! Till she finally said to us that my mother was not accepted and she didn’t even know if they had an available bed anyways? The person in charge, of this place doesn’t know this information yet she is giving an answer. She is so unprofessional. I don’t even know how a person like her can hold such an important position? Playing with the lives of our loved ones with absolutely no disregard or apathy for the families who are struggling to find help with an old parent.
I recommend this place to all those who want they're parents to be in the best hands. Homemade meals, activities, ext. The whole team of employees are AWESOME. My parents have been there a couple of times. Sadly my mother had to be in hospice and she didn't want to go home, but specifically requested The Ridge. This past Thursday she passed away and thankfully I was able to be there that night. God Bless You All and Your Family's.
The photos vs the actual location are night and day. Cluttered and stale.. As if everyone who works there are hoarders. Makes me wonder if $16,000 a month is worth it. But, to be honest - I've only visited this location.
I would never recommend this place to anyone . If you love your parents do not bring them here ever . Nurses are not professionals or the supposed Drs . They lie when the county comes to investigate them if you submit a claim . I can go on but all I can say is that I would not recommend it at all . Look for another place to have your parents or family members live or get rehab.
This place is a gift from God and I am blessed to be here. I am recovering here as I write this. Staff is the best. Your room mate is your only ?????🙏
