My mother in law was here for Rehab. I have 35 years in the nursing profession. I have never saw a cleaner facility. All the residents are well groomed and taken care of as you can look and tell . We visited several times at meal times. Looks like great food too. My husband’s aunt is here long term and she loves it. I would highly recommend.

I am so THANKFUL for the wonderful staff at Saluda Nursing Center!! They have provided exceptional care for my mother since she has been there!! The physical therapy department is top notch and helped my mother recover from a fall at home that caused her to have a broken back. They got my mom back up and rolling there!! When Mom had to return for long term care we did not HESITATE to get her back in there!! You just can't ask for better staff!! They truly care for the residents. The facility is top notch - very clean, many meeting areas for visiting, 2 aviaries, 2 salt water fish tanks, entertainment is provided nearly every day and the food is delicious!! My mom goes to their in house beauty shop once a week and gets a perm once every 6-8 weeks as needed. It is a hard decision to have to make but the people of SNC made the transition easier for us and especially easier for our mom! If you are faced with having to make this decision for your loved one, I can not recommend this facility enough!! Go by there and take a tour and see it for yourself!!

I want to thank all of you for the excellent care you provide for my mom. I have so much peace knowing that she is a resident at such a wonderful facility. She is happy, and is well taken care of. Each and every one of you are a blessing, and you ALL should be very proud of what you do. There are some people in the world who go to work, do their jobs, and go home. Others take those jobs to whole new level entirely. Not only does the staff go above and beyond, they make sure the residents have plenty of fun activities to keep them busy. Simply amazing! Thanks for loving her as much as we do! God Bless you all!

The only reason there is one star on this review is because I couldn’t leave zero stars and leave a review. My grandfather was in there and asked a nurse if she could put some lotion on his back because he was started to develop a rash and the CNA replied: “That’s not my job.” Then after he went to the nurses station, in a wheelchair, on his own, (mind you, he isn’t supposed to be doing any of this on his own) and asked the nurse for his medications, they turned around and ignored him. He was very confused as to why he was getting treated that way and when my father, uncle, and grandmother went up there the following day, nothing was done about it.
