Everyone gets starved here, the portions are small, most people are denied double portions, and they confiscate snacks citing that they're against the rules without specifying which snacks are against the rules, so you starve. Mealtimes are irregular which doesn't help and it's like moving a giant boulder trying to change anything to get your needs met. I can't get my wheelchair here despite barely being able to safely walk, because I was told I'd become "too reliant" on it. Don't expect good things here and get out if you can.
There may be a need for these types of facilities. As many of the residents in long-term care have mental disorders of some type. Not me! I am on the 'medical' side and let me tell you... AWFUL!! There is little to no medical treatment or training. 90% of the staff treat residents like inmates and do very little to accommodate you. Honestly I don't know how this place can even be called a 'nursing' facility of any type.
Very unprofessional in answering calls and then doesn't get the person who u ask for and staff hangs up phone. I wudnt consider this place for my enemy, but I have no choice in matter for family member put there. And they don't answer phones you have to keep calling cuz they hang up the phone.
Can’t get through to anyone. Trying to access my mom, but no one ever answers the mail line.
