My aunt in the blue dress was discharged today! We could not be more pleased with the incredible care and therapy that my aunt received! My 89 year-old aunt was so appreciative of the outstanding staff! After three weeks, she was discharged today , able to come visit her sisterand has been raving about the Care she received. Thank you from the bottom of our heart.!

Having a family friend stay here throughout August and was recently discharged, I noticed a number of things… The CEO is entitled, disrespectful, and unprofessional woman. I witnessed her talk down and speak to other staff members terribly as if they were her children. Whatever your position is you should NEVER speak down to your staff members, that is just improper etiquette and does NOT encourage employee retention. If she is nasty to employees, how is she to the patients? Although this is a seemingly clean facility, they ALWAYS and I MEAN ALWAYS have agency in the building (both nurses and CNA’s) and they treat them terribly. There is no guaranteed continuity of care. In the past month that my family friend was here, there have been so many members of the MANAGEMENT staff that have come, gone, AND QUIT because of the corrupt overhead management here. Not to mention, there are some nursing unit managers that like to talk disrespectful to the AGENCY employees that come in to help THEM OUT as well as patients visitors. The audacity of some staff here to try to be mean, while they can’t even retain staff here is laughable. If you want your loved ones care to be UNDER SERVED, be sure to come here. :)

My dad had a stay here to rehab after receiving a pacemaker. Although he had some challenges throughout his time at Salude, the nursing staff was attentive and helpful. PT and OT are top notch! I highly recommend having lunch in the dining room, Miss Jeanette is a fantastic hostess and it gets the patients out of their rooms for a while.

The Saludes staff treated our father with care and compassion! As well as a lot of fun and laughter during our weeks there. They became our family from the start with rehab and then the transition to hospice. We will never forget how happy and comfortable he was in his final hours. We love you guys and will recommend Salude Suwannee to anyone!

I wish this wasn't our experience, but my 93‑year‑old family members stay here was profoundly disappointing and concerning. Staff simply don’t communicate. Family and patient have a weekly meeting to quickly go over the patient's chart. There was virtually no meaningful physical therapy. Despite being billed as a rehab facility, we witnessed no evidence of structured therapy or Progress, just extended days. It appears they’re experts in billing Medicare but not in actually treating patients. That feels exploitative. All residents deserve real care, not just billing efficiency. A rehospitalization just two days after discharge has been a disheartening experience. Our family feels that the obvious signs of swelling of legs, feet and hand were left untreated. Upon admittance back to the hospital, he had a partial collapsed lung and was put on intravenous diuretics and additional heart medications. We felt like he was neglected medically, and the physical therapy was minimal, yet Medicare was charged premium fees. If your loved one is considering rehab at this facility, please don’t send them here. This place excels at billing Medicare but fails at the one thing that matters: providing compassionate, effective care.
