We all have good days and bad but all in all I have nothing but good news to report. Everyone has been nice and kind. Took care of all my father's needs. Due to my dad's willingness to corporate they have helped him walk again. The nurses and assistants have been doing everything possible to make his stay here more comfortable. Thanks to everyone here and the Veterans administration for making dad's stay acceptable.

5-Star Review for PruittHealth – Toomsboro Let me start by saying that the reason I’m giving this facility a 5-star rating is because of the staff. The team here works incredibly hard, and I truly believe they don’t receive the recognition they deserve. I don’t know how much they’re paid, but I sincerely hope it reflects the immense dedication and care they provide daily. I had to place my mother in this facility in May 2024. While it wasn’t my first choice, her physician and care management team strongly recommended it. More importantly, my mother and I had previously discussed her wishes in the event her health took a turn—and she specifically chose this facility. So, I honored her wishes. No skilled nursing facility is perfect. Some may have more staff, nicer amenities, or a more polished appearance. But what PruittHealth – Toomsboro offers is a genuine, hometown atmosphere. The staff treats residents like family—with compassion, dignity, and respect. I often see other skilled nursing facilities rated as #1, but in my eyes, PruittHealth – Toomsboro is #1. Your commitment to your residents, to one another, and to the surrounding community is evident and admirable. Thank you for your unwavering dedication and hard work, especially during times when staffing is tight. You are deeply appreciated.

I have been here bout 2/1/2 months and it wouldn't be fair to give a 5 stars because there is also room for changes but I have made toomsboro my home at Pruitt Health. One thing I really like, is this is one big family, sometimes we may get upset but we always work it out before the end of the day. Timothy E Jones

My mother was admitted for rehab. The admissions process has been amazing from the 2 visits in the hospital to her entrance to the facility. All staff have gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and well cared for. Thank you. Admissions/Social services, Nursing, CNA’s, Activities, Dietary, Housekeeping/laundry, even maintenance stopped by to introduce himself. Therapy has been awesome. We are grateful.
