My father was here for a couple days, he had a reaction to one of his antibotics that caused stroke like systems and they didn't want him to leave and go to the hospital because he was "fine" according to them. They also left him in his own feces for four hours. Terrible experience.

Given a dirty room with dirty equipment. Any request for help with going to the bathroom may have someone show up eventually if at all. My wife peed her diaper after no one came. Soiled material is left to smell in the room. This place is one of two that our insurance would cover and I'm thinking that I should have chosen the other. It couldn't be worse. Better on Monday when regular staff present. Staff responded to concerns. First impression a little harsh when comparing to the pristine hospital. The staff does the best they can.Disappointed that we are forced to return home without the proper wheelchair.
