My mother was here for rehab for a couple weeks and the staff were very caring and kind. Any issues that popped up were dealt with in a timely manner. The rooms were very nice and I felt my mother was in very capable hands. Thank you to the entire staff for helping keep us all in the loop on her care and progress as well.

I am giving this place a 5 star and quite honestly if I could give more I would give it way more. They have a very dear friend of mine right now "Missy" and I found this place for her and I am sooo glad I did! Missy loves her room, all of the staff, and she loves the food and the awesome care that she has been receiving. I have observed the same feeling when I talk to the staff I have been able to talk with, and they are on top of things 100 percent! Thank you all for all that you do. I will definitely refer this place to others.. ..Kathy Beverly

I just want to say that My grandmother has been at the facility for a short period of time now and this is the first place that she has actually been well taken care of compared to prior places. When I call, everyone has been great with my questions & taking care of my concerns thru-out the whole Covid quarantine. They even went outta there way to let me talk to her on the phone when I called. So yes, I am giving them 5 stars because of their care and kindness towards their patients and the families. I can't say the same about other facilities we have had experience with.

I am very pleased with the care my mother received at Hamilton. The staff are very kind. The food is good and it is very clean. The best part, however, is the staff. They are very caring and thoughtful. I am sure they made the final months of my mother's life the best it was possible for it to be in her condition.

If I could put less stars I would. My mom declined here and got sicker. She barely received any therapy, which was the whole reason of her being there. They are so understaffed, we waited almost an hour for her to use the restroom. This place should be shut down.
