Awful just pure awful please do not take your loved ones here this is by far the worst nursing home I’ve ever seen the condition. My uncle was in today after being in the hospital for three days was just atrocious. His bed was broken, side table broken, laying sideways in his bed naked. Blankets on the floor only after we got there, did they decide to start fixing him up and getting him dressed.
Pruitt health Lake Haven is a clean and friendly environment. The resident's needs comes first. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly and interactive.
The WORST PLACE ON EARTH! If you enjoy your loved one’s naked and neglected under a thinly veiled comforter this is the place for you. We don’t have any more gowns, here let’s give you a mock toga from our bed sheets. This place is the epitome of red flag. No tv, no radio ,no life, as you lay flat in bed for hours on end. Forget to change your loved one’s solid diaper no problem we won’t change it either. Bathroom with an aromatic to make a porta potty jealous. And enjoy looking out a locked door like a cat for exercise from your room. Lastly Communication To reach a loved is like nobody understands how telecommunication work in 2025. Send a message in a bottle , I’m sure they’d receive it faster. This place aside from a few nice workers (2) should be stripped of whatever merit based care they off and boarded up. Thanks for letting my Father shrivel up and almost die for 3 weeks.
This facility is very clean and the staff is very happy to help. I have been impressed with Lake Haven site. The site has room for improvement as any site would. They are under staffed with nurses aides and floor nurses. I have had to search for them. I have a serious concern though. My mom has been a resident for less than 1 week and she has been admitted to the hospital again. I am not sure if something happened but her problem is abnormal. I am suspicious!
We love Lakehaven Nursing Home. My Mother has been there for about 7 months and has really been taken care of well. The staff is very pleasant. When we have a concern it is usually taken care of quickly. There have been a few times that some of the Dr.s orders haven’t gotten to the correct place or haven’t been followed , but they are working on that and we are anticipating good results. As with all Nursing Home’s they are understaffed which makes it a little hard on the residents, but it is even more difficult on those staff that are working. They have way too many residents to be responsible for. They need more qualified help. But we do understand that this is not Lakehaven’s fault. It is really hard to get good people to work right now. Even though those who are working, for the most part, they have really great attitudes towards the patients. Even though they are overworked. We Love Lakehaven.
