This is a horrible place to take your loved ones, they don't even offer condolences when one of the patients pass away to the Family. It's nasty & the head staff is not friendly. Majority of them just there for a pay check. They don't care for the patients needs like they should be doing Don't take them here🙏...if so KEEP CHECK ON YOUR LOVE ONES. Never have a person to talk with there..only Corporate!!! Wherever that is!!!
This is a terrible place. From the employees nasty attitudes, to the place having a bad smell to having a bunch of thieves. Reporting to the upper person is pointless. They act as if they care until they they get your relative there. Then it’s a different story. My mother was only there for rehab. Who is in her right mind. She had an appointment 2 weeks ago & they let the transportation company take the wrong patient. Then proceed to blame the company for taking the wrong patient. They didn’t follow up with my mother’s discharge paperwork and caused her to miss a couple of important follow up appointments. We went to pick my mother’s belongings up after she was transferred to a different facility and all her new pajamas were missing & 2 new outfits as well. The employees needs retraining to learn how to treat their patients & there families. They never want to answer any questions when approached. And learn how to greet guests when arriving to the facility. The employees are always on their phones. They just leave the patients in their wheelchairs & not doing anything with them. This place needs new management & workers.
The staff at Comfort Creek have a special way of treating the residents with respect and care. The nursing leadership and a lot of the staff have been here many years, some staff even 30 or 40 years. The Director of Nursing has been here over 17 years! Talk about continuity of care! I think that says volumes about the team!
This place is the worst place I have ever felt with. Disrespectful to people on the phone. Lie to you on the phone. Leave people call light on for more then one to two or even more. Have to have someone call to have them go answer. My wifey is a cna and know who these place should be answering light. And how they work.
Been calling to speak with my dad , to see how he is doing since he keep falling we are filing a law suit but I still need to check on him
