I feel horrible giving 1 star. I wish I could give ZERO. My boyfriend's dad was here. He had dementia. He had a seizure at home which landed him at Georgetown University Hospital. He was doing very well there. The staff there was so great. He got transferred to this house of death for additional PT. When he got here last October, he was on the up and up. Was looking good. Active, always trying to get out of bed, etc. Like I said, he had dementia, so he couldn't do things like feed himself among other things. He needed constant "eat your food, dad" from my boyfriend and hand feeding. He kept getting worse here, kept looking more and more like a skeleton. In January he was dead. I truly feel deep in my soul that this place starved him to death and I will die on this hill! They told my boyfriend cause of death was something about asthma. Hahahaha. Other than dementia and high blood pressure, he was healthy as a gd horse! No THIS PLACE MURDERED HIM! Please remove your loved ones. Stop giving them money. Shut them down! And no I don't wanna call your customer service or whatever to do whatever and yeah you better be sorry we had a horrible experience. Idk how y'all live with yourselves! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Whenever I go to see my mother in this facility, it’s either one extent to the other. My mother is either nonresponsive. It is laying in her bed or she’s filthy, laying in her bed and there’s trash everywhere I’ve complained and it seems like it alleviates the issue for a little bit and then it just goes right back downhill again. My mom also developed bed sores from being in this facility as well as from them, not reacting promptly to a medical concern issue ended up in the hospital. If you have money do not send your love one here if you have the capability of keeping your loved one in your own home, please try to do so because these facilities do not care about these people, they will allow them to wallow if they do not have someone who advocates, actively and sustainably for them. Lastly, the lack of communication from the facility is astounding so if you care about your loved one, you need to make sure that you are actively checking in on them periodically.

I was completely disgusted! I didn’t even leave my mother in there for 2 hours. The staff was extremely rude. They raised their voice at patients. It was disgusting the jack and Jill bathroom had urine still in the bed side commode and urine container. Very unsanitary. Floors extremely sticky. Very run down and outdated. The rooms are over crowded and patients didn’t have proper space between them. Not fully equipped to handle patients.

Warm and friendly welcome, clean front desk, adequate parking, soft spoken and experienced staff who interviewed me. Ms Jeresel Rosario is a square peak in a square hole. Overall first impression is very nice. 👍

All the staff is very friendly, they takes very good care of my mom. They treat her like she's there family member. I have been in the nursing field for over 30 some years, I have worked in nursing homes, did private duty, home health and hospitals. This one of the cleanest ones I have been in, usually you can smell urine when you walk in, I was amazed that even down the hallway you couldn't smell anything. again thank you for taking care of my mom. I won't name names because I don't want to leave anyone out.
