I cannot say enough good things about Windsor Grove Health and Rehab! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and genuine care. The staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, respected, and well-cared for. The nursing team is attentive and compassionate, always taking time to answer questions and provide updates. Therapy services are excellent—they work patiently and consistently to help residents regain their strength and independence. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which gives families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in a safe and supportive environment. The activities and social programs keep residents engaged and uplifted, which truly makes Windsor Grove feel like a community, not just a facility.
The staff at the facility is impeccable the admission coordinator Lindsay Hill, does a amazing job of keeping the building filled, with wonderful people that need the care, she embodies what windsor grove has. We also have an amazing executive director Nakia whitley who in my opinion is the best ED the facility has ever had, she cares about the staff and the residents she has alot of knowledge, of what it takes to run the building efficiently.
Windsor Grove is a great facility for skilled and for long term care. The staff is friendly and helpful. The therapy team is great in getting skilled residents home and working with long term care residents to maintain their independence.
Windsor Grove has improved, offering higher pay a lot of nurses and cna's with in house experiences caring for your love ones. I have had several family members as residents in the past. They did well in taking care of them. Our residents enjoys the food, 30% wants large portions.
A wonderful facility for short term rehabilitation to get you back on your feet, or long term health care. It takes the hearts of caring staff like Lindsay in admissions to open the doors to the community and begin the healing process, and care for our loved ones.
