Do not send your family members here. This place needs to be shut down. They left my mentally disabled mother stranded at a nearby hospital at night, with non of her belongings and told the hospital she was their problem now and drove off. Mind you, they did NOT even call her healthcare proxy or family to notify them. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

My mother is currently a resident at Bear Mountain and asked me to write a review on her behalf. My mother has seen vast improvements in her health since being transferred to BM Worcester. The team there has been extremely attentive and compassionate and she tells me how much she appreciates the care she receives from them every day. She also has access to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy; her team is supportive every step of the way. We truly appreciate you and highly recommend the team at Bear Mountain for your loved one's continued care and rehabilitation. Thank you again for all you do. Sincerely, Kristiana and Lisa F.

The staff at Bear Mountain saved my Mom’s life. She came from a horrible facility that neglected her and was ready to send her to a nursing home rather than work to rehabilitate her. She had little confidence that she would be able to go home. The staff at Bear Mountain welcomed my Mom, and my Dad as a guest, in with open arms and worked their hardest to not only rehabilitate her, but to give her the confidence that she COULD be rehabilitated and go home! They went above and beyond to show both my parents and our family love, kindness and respect through what was a horrible time in our lives. We thank you Dr Bob and staff for all you’ve done for our family!

A family member was transferred from an LTAC hospital to B M / Worcester. She spent over 5 months in the first level skilled facility receiving Trach care and more. During her stay the staff did a great job caring for her many needs, particularly the respiratory and speech therapy teams. The staff was consistent and made the effort to get to know her and her family, who visited her daily. We rate B M overall a 3.5+ CV Norwood, MA
