A wonderful community of residents with different personality’s and history’s . Residents are loved and treated as family. The care team works united as a team to handle individual needs promptly with precision showing consideration and kindness to every resident. The kitchen team serves with an effervescence attitude. The housekeeping/laundry team are hardworking and thorough in keeping the facility clean and tidy. Ahhhhhhmazing place to call HOME!!!!
Our father was a resident in the memory care wing. I’m giving a 2 star rating ONLY because several of the care givers are wonderful, otherwise it’d be 0 or 1 star. The management is non responsive when issues arise and several times our father had fallen and no notification was given to the family. They cut cleaning staff and expected the caregivers to clean and do housekeeping along with providing care for the residents. If you complain about the cleaning, laundry or care, they take it out on the caregivers. Often times the caregiver to patient ratio is dangerously low and management doesn’t pay enough to keep reliable help. After our father passed early in the month, the estate was owed a refund since you pay in advance. Numerous calls and emails were sent requesting the refund which is outlined in the contract. Calls and emails weren’t returned. If and when they were returned, it was to give a refund date that was never met or to refer it to someone else that didn’t respond. Finally after 4 months and the threat of small claims court a refund was received. Once again there are some fantastic caregivers that were godsends, but it’s difficult for them to do their job when management doesn’t provide adequate support and staffing levels so they can have adequate time to care for the residents and work in a supportive environment. Integral Senior Living should have had a refund process in place and not held the refund for four months. The Executive Director Nathaniel Figueroa is not a solution, but the problem. Originally he would refer us to other people in the organization that were not the appropriate people to solve our problems or get the refund. (We were told we were just one of 11 that refunds were owed.) He would eventually not return promised phone calls or emails and if we called and did get through, the phone call would mysteriously be disconnected. We were very patient and were not rude or disrespectful to him to deserve this type of treatment; only requesting a refund that was owed. We dealt with this during a time of losing a loved one and instead of service and compassion we got the runaround and delays. No apologies or compensation for our troubles. The purpose of this post is to warn others before placing your loved one in this facility. Keep in mind a memory care patient is not easily moved to a new facility. The expense and disruption to their life and routines is very tough on their mental and physical health. Once again though, there are a few amazing caregivers that are the bright spot of the facility.
I am very impressed with some of the caregivers and the housekeepers. Very compassionate people. However, I have come in many times to check on my brother to find only one caregiver for an entire shift. My brother's room often smelled of urine. My brother was in the memory Care unit. They moved him two different times from his room to a different room. When he was on private pay they moved him from a semi-private room to the more expensive private room. When his funds ran out and he was on Medicaid they moved him back to the semi-private room. This was upsetting because he was a memory care patient with Alzheimer's. My brother has now been gone for 8 months. He died in December. I made sure his room was cleared out by the end of the month. All bills were paid and I checked with the financial administrator and was told that everything was current. I then received this bill in the mail on August 28th, 2025 dated September 2025 with no explanation for the invoice amount of $10,054.48. I've called twice and left two voicemails for two different people with no response. I would not pay a bill like this if it were for $10, let alone $10,000. An explanation is required. I am worried that this is a scam and worry that more families are treated this way. I often felt frustrated when my brother was alive when trying to resolve issues. I felt unheard and was often given the runaround. I try very hard to be polite and reasonable. Working for a hospital, I understand how difficult it is to provide the care that is needed for memory care patients. But I still have serious concerns about how things were handled. And now this invoice is the nail in the coffin.
A wonderful place , the staff are amazing, it's always very clean. Any maintenance needs are handled promptly. The activity director is great for coming up with exciting activitys for the residents.
We had a tour at your facility not to long ago and Amanda Eccard is the one who gave us the tour. She did an amazing job. She knows what she is talking about and cares about the residents at this facility. She smiled the warmest smile! I we definitely be returning when we decide what to do with my sister.
