My mother has moved into the lodge two weeks ago. Victoria managed the process expertly and with extreme patience with all of my questions. She was always available by telephone, and when I showed up in person, even without an appointment, during this process. Since moving in, everyone, my mother has talked to, both staff and other residents, have been very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the receptionist, who seems to know everything there is to know and how to get things done, and the maintenance guys who have helped her Resolve problems with her TV. During the time I have spent there helping my mother move in, I’ve noticed that the staff is friendly and helpful with each other as well as with the residents, Which tells me that the environment here at the lodge is a good one.

I toured the Lodge four different times a few months apart. Once with my sister, once with my mom and then my dad. The final visit was with both of my siblings. Victoria Erwin was so kind and informative each and every time. Although The Lodge did not fit my parents needs, Victoria was so considerate. She offered to help and give guidance in any way she could. We saw her interact with several people that live in the senior community. She greeted each of them by name and was pleasant and aware of what they doing and how they were feeling. Her caring manner and interaction were special to observe. I want to thank Victoria for her time and kindness. I sincerely hope Victoria gets the accolades that she deserves. Lyn Faeth

When roles flip and it comes to taking care of someone who has taken care of you your entire life, it can be scary and unknown but I couldn’t be more grateful for personnel at the Lodge! Denise, Lindsay, and Cassie made the unknown less scary and gave more confidence to my entire family as caretakers for my grandma and the future of her care. They were prompt, thorough, and especially kind. The paperwork of evaluations were ready for us immediately and gave recommendations on how to help her at home. Thank you so much Denise, Lindsay, and Cassie!!!!

Lindsay is probably the least professional healthcare worker I've ever met. Downright dismissive if not outright rude to families, residents and from what I've seen other staff members. The place is beautiful and the meals don't look terrible, but if this is who you have managing the healthcare of your patients then putting your loved ones here is akin to punishing them. Edit: no Denise, I will not be talking to you. You are complacent and will do nothing to correct her behavior.

As a nursing professional in the community I have seen my fair share of assisted living facilities and The Lodge is second to none. Knowledgeable, attentive and professional staff providing excellent care to their residents.
