Sunrise of Chesterfield

The staff are kind and respectful, and during our walk through, Tiffany made all the difference for us! She really made us feel like she cared about my Mom's future there, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took her time to answer all of our questions until we all felt incredibly comfortable with what's proven to be one of the hardest decisions we've ever made. Thanks to her dedication to us in this process, I genuinely believe my Mom will be happy and truly cared for by the best, and most qualified people available to her. Thanks again, Tiffany!!

Sunrise of Chesterfield is a beautiful assisted living facility. The team is compassionate, committed, and well-versed in providing excellent care to their residents. Kaitlyn, Kandi, and Marissa go above and beyond to make sure that residents have high-quality care. The facility is immaculate, with beautifully decorated common areas and cozy private rooms. But what truly sets Sunrise apart is the kindness, empathy, and dedication of their staff. I have witnessed firsthand the extra efforts they make to ensure each resident feels seen, heard, and loved. Sunrise is very expensive I find the food to be of not very good quality. The cook here it's not very good at preparing meals. They covers the meat in a not good. tasting gravy on a regular basis. Put to much breading on meat use bullion and teriyaki sauce so food is very salty. Oil used on griddle has a bad taste like its old or gone bad. I drink a lot.of boost instead of eating what is served. The kitchen often doesn't prepare enough food. So many times you don't get a choice of what you're going to have for dinner and wind up with a sandwich. I have had a work order in 3 months for them to fix and put the headboard back on my bed which should take approximately at the most ten minute still not fixedi The caregivers are very good. I like them very much the only problem if you press your button people often don't come for a long long time as much as an hour even more. If this was an emergency this could be a major problem

The staff on the third floor are wonderful! They are a combination of very caring and competent people. They are very effective in handling different personalities with compassion and humor, which is necessary in this environment. It’s a very nice atmosphere on the floor with good communication with the family. Thank you for my husband’s care.

We cannot thank the staff enough for the kindness, compassion and support shown to our parents during their stay and to our family during a very difficult time in our lives. Our father was on hospice and our mother recovering from a broken leg, and everyone at Sunrise was so attentive and helpful. We were overcome by the honor paid to our father when he passed, as staff lined the halls in reverence as he was taken from the community. I asked for and received a hug from each staff member, which was so touching. Our mother enjoyed the activities and friendliness of the staff members, the food, the dining room and meeting new friends, until her passing six days later from unanticipated health issues (or as we feel, a broken heart). The staff members once again were compassionate, caring and helpful. We felt a strong connection to the staff - felt just like family - even though we were only a part of the community for a short time. Our experience with Sunrise was above and beyond the experience we had with the previous community our parents lived in. Sunrise is not depressing! It is full of life and energy! We are so glad that we found you!
