We have been very pleased with the care my dad has received at American House, Fort Myers. The facility is clean, the meals are delicious and nutritious, and the staff is caring and attentive. There are many activities for the residents to participate in and the activities director and the aids frequently remind dad of activity times and locations so that he stays active. I’d like to give special thanks to Daisy who enthusiastically organized dad’s 100th birthday party at the facility.
What a fabulous place for your loved ones. This staff is amazing! They truly exhibit a caring community here at AHFM. Excellent facilities and a wonderful place to visit!
Great staff. Maintenance team and leader is very knowledgeable and helpful. Activity director (Daisy) really cares and her work shows. They go above and beyond to find ways to improve the quality of life for their residents!!!!!
American house metro is a beautiful place that is full of beautiful smart staff members and people that live there, I recently moved in to the palms a couple days ago, they have a moving company called regal relocations they helped me moved in and got everything assorted for me I was so thankful for them to do this for me I would definitely recommend the palms for anyone that is looking for a retirement home that is affordable and beautiful to live in, I have made so much friends while I have stayed here for the past couple days!! The food is excellent they have fast service and welcoming servers stop by American house metro and come take a look and enjoy this retirement home that has been made for all of us!!!!❤️.
We were very impressed with American House at Ft Myers !!! The place is just amazing in all ways possible ! Starting first and foremost, with Teresa, the Sales Director. She is just awesome in her job on organizingand planning and knows all the right contacr people ! She helped us more than we can ever tell you ! At American House, all employees we encountered were wonderful … Bobby helped ua so very much!!! Also, we had a homemade pizza on Move-in night that would rival any pizza place around. Meals were awesome and rhe dining room with its high ceiling and open airy feel is exquisite ! Thank you thank you to all for welcoming my Dad with open arms !! He loves it there already !!
