We are very happy here and feel comfortable with our apartment and the services we get. They care about the residents and their wellbeing and safety.

This is a beautiful community and team members! They do an exceptional job of going above and beyond! They’ve had residents here for a very long time and have never lost anyone to dissatisfaction. If I could live here, I would in a heart beat!

I would give this facility ten stars if I could. My Mom has been a resident for over three years. Rena and her staff have gone above and beyond so many times to help my Mom through a variety of situations. My Mother loves it here and it has given our family such peace to know she is so well cared for at Solana Preserve. I am posting this review for the families that might be considering a move for their loved ones. This place is amazing! The staff are incredible, professional and caring!

This is a wonderful community that my mom has been very happy living in for over a year now. The staff are exceptional, the accommodations beautifully upscale and contemporary, and the food delicious! My mom has made so many good friends, has enjoyed learning various crafts, attended weekly worship and bible study, and has happily become an Ambassador to help new folks get settled in and learn their way around. There’s weekly grocery runs, field trips, and so many wonderful and fun events and parties that her social,calendar is full...I’ve attended many functions and parties, and enjoyed so many delicious buffets and meals there that I feel very much a part of my moms new home. She’s received her doctor prescribed PT there, she keeps herself looking beautiful at the salon there, we are even having her 80th birthday party there! They have monthly “town meetings” so residents and staff can discuss what’s good and what they’d like to change...everyone is important there and treated with respect and courtesy. My mom has said so many times she wish she’d moved there sooner instead of living alone in her house. Before she was too busy taking care of her home and chores, that she didn’t have time for fun. Now she does, and loves it! During Harvey many of the staff, including the Director, stayed there to make sure that everyone was taken care of. I can’t say enough good and positive about The Solana and the terrific people who work there!

I would like to share my experience living at Brookdale senior independent living at Solana Vintage Preserve Park in Tomball, TX. Three years ago my husband and I were looking for safe and comfortable place to live due to my husband's health condition. We chose Solana and today I can say it was an excellent choice. First approach by management and staff was friendly and happy which created an easy decision for us. Executive Director Ms Rena Knowles is totally involved and dedicated in residents' daily lives, always happy, professional, positive, caring, loving, and helpful in every situation. The premises are always spotless. I'm very grateful to everyone for their compassion and help we received in a difficult time of my husband's passing. I will always remember and cherish our life at Solana. I miss them all. Thank you.
