Licensed since 1997, my adult family home has been operating continuously with me as provider. it is a very large, comfortable and ascetically pleasing home. We are located downtown Puyallup, near to medical services. It is a dementia care service provider with over 20 years of experience, there are three covered porches to enjoy the good weather. I have had many clients stay for over 5 years, several over 8 years. I have two medium sized dogs, both are "love mongers." The food is fresh and varied, We can create exercise programs to suite the individual residents. And just two different caregivers to keep a close watch on residents changing needs,
