Our family is so grateful for the love and care my grandpa received during his time at this facility. The staff treated him with genuine kindness, respect, and compassion every single day. It was clear they truly cared about his well-being and comfort, not just as a resident, but as a person. Even in his final days, the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and surrounded by care. They were also incredibly supportive to our family — always patient, understanding, and communicative. Losing him has been very hard, but it brings us peace knowing he was so well looked after by such a dedicated group of people. We’ll always be thankful for the warmth, dignity, and compassion they showed him.

In reviewing our experience with Vista Veranda, one major thought comes to mind. The entire staff not only treats the resident but also the family members with kindness, respect and friendliness. The professional staff goes above and beyond caring for and being and attentive to the needs of the residents and family. We were most pleased with the entire program and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Vista, for all you do!

My grandfather stayed at this facility for a little over a year before passing away from cancer. Initially I tried to persuade him to move down to nashville to be closer to the rest of our family. But after touring the Vista Veranda, I fully supported his decision to stay there. The staff truly does treat each other and the residents as family. I’ve worked 15 years in the medical field, and I don’t think I’ve ever come across another long term facility that provides the personalized care and attention that this staff provides to their patients. I highly recommend Vista Veranda for your loved ones!

My father in law was a resident here for a short while. The staff was very caring. Overall it felt like a very well run operation. I would recommend more family and friends here!

A friend of mine was placed here last year due to an onset of dementia. I have visited numerous times to check in on him and I have to admit that this is a very nice facility. Each person has their own room and they’re allowed to customize it to their liking. The staff are friendly and attentive. One person in particular, Sarah Beth, is phenomenal. She seems to always be around when I’m there and is always willing to help me with my special requests. She’s personable, professional, and makes my friend feel like he’s still important, through every interaction she has with him. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and caring facility, I would check this place out. Thank you for all you do Vista Veranda staff!
