Brookdale Richland Hills 2

Making the decision to place a loved one in a care facility is one of the hardest decisions one can face. I visited nine facilities until I entered Brookdale, Richland Hills, and felt immediately at home. As we made this transition, every question or challenge we had was answered by the staff with kindness and a solution. The one thing I never considered was how much my husband would improve. He has now been here for a year, and has such good friends who look after each other. The happiness and friendships he has developed at Brookdale have enhanced his life so much. The staff is so kind and caring. I do not know what we would do without them.

My mother recently needed a Level B facility for assisted living. She moved to Brookdale Richland Hills. We were extremely impressed by the quality of the staff. Madison, Blake, Shea, Chris and really all the team were wonderful. They were patient with all of our questions and requests. They displayed competence but also genuine compassion and warmth. Thank you to all!

My husband has been in Brookdale Assisted Living on Glenview Drive for 2 months. I cannot say enough good things about everyone working there. Madison, James and Blake have been great. I have asked so many questions, and they are always glad to answer, never rush me. They are always smiling and genuinely care about everyone living there. I told them my husband would stay in his room and not participate, but they have him exercising, playing bingo and going to dining area for meals. The best thing is he is happy.

This is the 3rd assisted living we have moved my dad to this year. We truly feel as though the staff CARES. They are about his overall health, comfort, and happiness. Stephanie in sales went above and beyond to help us get my dad settled and had a kind and caring ear when we met. Rebecca and Christina - the health directors that I work with are amazing. They are so kind and want the best quality of life for the residents. The employees who work with the residents daily are always so calm and kind. I am so glad that we found this place, they have allowed me to take the "caretaker" hat off and enjoy visiting with my dad and not having to worry about the rest. And best of all, my dad will tell anyone who listens that he is happy here. Thank you, Brookdale staff.

Excellent care for my dad. A few turnovers after a stable first year, so some schedules have been a little disrupted last few months. But the heart and soul of this AL is the dedication the Med techs, the chef/chef assistants, and the Resident Assistants have towards the residents. They all take good care of Frank and know his schedule, likes, dislikes and they have respect for all residents.
