My wife and I tried to set up a tour on the website and no one contacted us. I then called and left a message with the person in charge of showing the facility and she did not return my call. Disappointing, but if that's how they operate then it's probably for the best.
My mom has been in carriage Crossing memory care for one year. The staff is wonderful with her and she’s so much happier The food is wonderful. They are open to any suggestions that you may have. I am so thankful for carriage crossing they take wonderful care of my mom.
