Legacy Village at Plantation Manor

I have had a very positive experience with Legacy Village. The staff at the facility has always been very supportive and understanding. For those that have had the experience, they understand that it is not easy when family and loved ones are struggling with medical conditions and ailments especially due to aging. It is especially more difficult to try to give them the help they need alone without adequate help or if with no help at all. Legacy Village has been very helpful regarding my personal experience. The staff there has been very professional, empathetic, and understanding. Because of the positive experiences I have had first had, I would highly recommend them.

I take my dad here for day stay and I cannot recommend them more!! The staff makes him feel so welcome, which really put me at ease. They communicate with me throughout the day, so I never have to worry about him. Everything is very clean and everyone is very friendly and professional!!

Living here has been a great experience thus far! I have really enjoyed everything that the community has to offer. The residents are very pleasant and fun to be around. The staff are very professional, courteous, and extremely friendly, and a pure joy to be around!

I am having this place investigated. My mom is fine, but they are trying to make her worse! They keep shipping her back and forth to the medical unit to keep her doped up on sleep medication 💊 or relaxant to keep her calm. They only want the money they get every month!!!

My dad was admitted there 10/11/20. I thought I made the right choice. I was not communicated with well at all. He died 10/21/20. 35 days later a lawsuit was filed against me for payment of his bill. I have not even had time to complete the probate process and gain access to his accounts. 90 days would make sense. This does not. Only communication was done through email with incomplete invoices that were very confusing. I hope his time there was better than I think it was. Based on the treatment I am getting, it was not. Update: lawsuit has been placed on hold while I wait for the lawyer to gain access to his accounts. Just know that it’s over $4000 for ONE month, even if they are only there for 10 days. And no insurance covers it. Only cash money and veterans aid if you can get it.
