Brookdale East Tucson

My sister is a resident since September 2024. She was quite angry about this decision but from day one, she felt welcome and supported. It took less than a week for her to feel comfortable. On week two, she was smiling and said she was happy! The staff is amazing and made her feel at home. She is safe, happy, her meds are being administered and our family couldn’t be more grateful. It truly is a wonderful community and we all feel so very welcomed when friends and family visit. Truly a wonderful place.

We struck gold here! This place is very special! Truly a community of people that our mom can begin to call home. Our mother wanted a pet friendly home and Brookdale Tucson East is that and so much more! For people who adore and need pet interaction, this place is it. Her ‘grand dog’ is always welcome to visit, and the pet events bring her so much joy. In addition, she raves about the loving staff, the food and the care. And so do we! We’re blessed with this facility at a very difficult transition in our mother’s life. Thank you, Brookdale Tucson East!

Our mother recently moved to Brookdale East. We were very impressed with the hospitality, caring and professional treatment we received. Suzanne, the director, and Breanne in marketing and sales were informative, patient and very knowledgeable! Darlene, at the front desk, was friendly and very kind. Dale, the nurse at the facility, goes out of her way to meet individual needs. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and has continued to be so after our mother moved in. Given the stressful circumstances we were under, their helpfulness was exemplary! They worked very hard to accommodate our mother's needs. Anyone looking for a caring, friendly and wonderful staff should really consider Brookdale East Tucson.

I had to find a new place for my mom to live after she fell at the independent living community she was living in. She required rehab and was never able to walk independently again. I had looked at over 10 memory care communities and was extremely frustrated because none of them accepted pets. My mom's cat was everything to her. She also had some behaviors that I was concerned about. When I found Brookdale East Tucson and met with Brianne, their Marketing Director, I was reassured that they could manage her behaviors, they accepted her cat and took over the feeding and changing of the kitty litter, and the care they provided was top notch. She was let to and participated in community activities and they tried to keep her as active as they could. Thank you Brookdale East Tucson for all of the love and care you provided to my mom!

Super expensive without justifying the cost. Competitors in the area offer updated, beautiful apartments for half the cost. Brookdale runs between $3500-$7000 a month depending on care level. Check around. I have it 3 stars because the staff is wonderful!
