Villa Hermosa

We've lived here 2 months. Everyone is super friendly. Classes are great. Lots of variety of activities. Apartments have washer and dryer and full kitchen. Our 2 bedroom has almost 1100 sq ft. Plenty of space actually. Food is good. Have restaurant service 7am-7pm. Really enjoy living here.

We have a long time friend who resides here. The grounds look magnificent and everything is impressive at first sight. The staff seems super friendly and helpful if asked. I've never visited when I didn't see someone performing cleaning in the public areas. Our friends apartment looks wonderful, with covered parking nearby. Unfortunately our friend has advised that apparently the entire plumbing system is having significant maintenance issues requiring extend periods of the water being turned off, which adversely affects hygiene and especially access to food in the kitchen which as a result of the water distribution failures is now often closed. This issue is compounded when people with mobility issues are forced to seek outside sources. Based on the reports we have received from our friend we're left wondering if the management of the crisis is being addressed in the best way possible???

This place is an absolute disaster. Greedy out of state corporate owner underpays their employees, thus huge staff turnover. Rent prices are insanely high, yet still they raise rents at every opportunity, forcing many people to leave who can't afford the price gouging. Worse still, the facility is unsound. Whether battling outbreaks of viruses or constant plumbing problems, causing flooding and long stretches of water being turned off completely and the dining room being closed, again corporate owner keeps trying to save money with roughshod repairs. You've been warned.

Villa Hermosa is a lovely Senior Living place. It's beautifully decorated and all of the staff were very cordial. We met with the Senior advisor Deb who helped us find the right fit for us. I highly recommend not only checking it out, but seriously consider living there.7

After touring many facilities over several weeks, upon arrival at Villa Hermosa, I felt right at home. The facility is lovely, the apartments are fresh and modern. Everyone is friendly from the residents, to the waitresses, as well as the Staff. I felt Villa Hermosa was right for me so I decided to make it my new home, as soon as possible.
