Paramount Senior Living at Polaris

Paramount Senior Living was a blessing to our family. My mom broke her hip and needed a facility with 2 assists. Hannah-Executive Director and her DON was able to transition my mom within 48 hours from a local nursing home after rehab. The care she got from the dementia care unit was outstanding. The team was very involved in her care and communicated with the family as needed. I would highly recommend Paramount Senior Living for your loved one. Nothing but exceptional care and compassion!

Amiable is awesome, very caring,connected to our family and resident.Wasnt happy with security system. Had to go back to desk to let them know no had opened door.Same deal leaving had to come back to dining area to get out. Process should be explained upon arrival.Facility clean, no unpleasant odors.Staff OK

This facility should not be in the business of caring for the elderly or the individual who cannot advocate for themselves. Our loved one was there for a year, during which there were three executive directors. There were a couple of nurses and aides that were good, but for the most part the staff is untrained and uncaring toward residents and management is not interested in fixing issues brought to their attention. They must have a revolving door on the employee entrance to keep up with the turnover. They are not staffed to provide the care that is advertised and promised. And the food is not good; frozen, not fresh. Do not put anyone you love in this facility if they require care.

The care my loved one received was amazing. She was treated like family. I will always recommend this beautiful community.
