NEEDS TO BE ZERO STARS. Nurse and office LIED! Left my husband WITHOUT ostomy supplies. She didn't do proper assessment,  ZERO wound care. Used PATIENT supplies on only visit b4 a discharge that we didn't know about bc I hung up on them when called them on neglect, abandonment, blatant lying, fraud and NEVER ORDERED OR BROUGHT SUPPLIES! Called to let them know went n2 septix shock and flown 2 hospital again (huh, imagine that), THATS was told about discharge.   BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.  THAT HAVE MANY COMPLAINTS COMING THEIR WAY!

This company is amazing. The nursing  and physical therapy staff are on top of their game.  They go above and beyond what is expected. When I first got out of the hospital they called everyday and came by once a week both physical therapy and nursing. I have been so pleased with the level of care they have provided. Would have given 5 star but they can't give you a definite time of when they can get to your home. And would call 30 minutes before arriving. Other than that they provided the best care and were so respectful and kind at all times.

Horrible agency!!! Medicare says home health should supply tube feeding equipment but amedisys said they don't. This left my son with no food until I dropped their service. I got upset and was told being rude was not going to get me what I wanted. WANTED?!!!
Food is not a want it is a necessity!!! Again HORRIBLE place that didn't care about my son!!!
