Philippians 4:13 Home Health & Medical Express

Hired this company to care for my mother for three days a week. Tremeka Jones (owner) was constantly late and absent on a few occasions. I informed Ms. Jones that we (the family) were dissatisfied with her services and requested that she contact us immediately. Not only did she ignore our request to contact us, she failed to complete her services pertaining to my elderly mother health services. Due to her lack of professionalism, she left me no other choice but to report her to the BBB and Nursing Board. Ms. Jones attempted to use an attorney as a scare tactic, but I didn't back down. Ms. Jones alleged that we terminated her services, but I had text messages to prove her wrong. She then offer to return a portion of the money which was owed to my elderly parents. I declined her offer and contacted the credit card company. The credit card company reimbursed the entire amount requested after I submitted evidence refuting her claim that we violated the contract. It's so much more that I can say (because I've personally spoken with other's that she has wronged). At the end of the day take my advice and stay away from this dishonest person and her business.

When looking for assistance for my mother it was a challenge. She was only allowed 2 hours a day for long term care from the state. Nurse Jones and the staff of Philippians 4:13 Home Health & Medical Express advocated for additional hours and was successful. They stayed with me every step of the way until my mother passed away. Without their services I don't know what we would have done. I highly recommend this company because they work really hard for you and make sure your love one receives all services. Who better to help with your love one than a nurse who helps clients stay in their homes instead of going to a facility. Honestly, you will not be disappointed.
