I have been using New Bridge for over a year. I have had two aids with this company. Both have been great!! The Aid we have now is great! The same lady since the beginning of Covid -19. (March) She always makes sure she and mom are safe as much as she can. Washing hands, mask when needed, She is more like a family member. Takes mom when needed to Dr appt or store when needed. Wally the owner has been great to work with if needed for question. He is always checking with me and my mom. This is the best company that I have worked with in the 8 years or so that I needed help for my mom. They always return my calls when I do make one. I would recommend this co. If you are looking for help for your love one. Thanks Ed
I like the services and the person who runs the agency Mrs. Jones is very nice to me . She has been helping me laugh more and she gets me out of the room to have some timeout time away from where I live she talks to me and I see that she cares and I feel like I can talk to her . Wally thank you for being there for others that need your services ignore the negativity from others thank you for taking me on as a client and by the way you missed my birthday which was 8/22/but that's ok keep up the good work.Amy
I had knee replacement surgery in November 2020. I did home health care afterwards and had Brad as my physical therapist. He was excellent. I am getting ready to have the other knee done and have requested this company and Brad again. I recommend them highly.
I would not use New Bridge for nursing services at all ! They imply / lie to get you hooked as if they can supply full time nursing. They did supply us a part time nurse. Telling me that they would find others. 1 yr 5 mo. Later still no more nursing, and they blamed a lack of staff. Not my problem, they had said that the could. Don't believe them. They lie. Also had no...others to cover the one nurse when sick or vacation. Left us in lurch many times and no call or even sorry. Bad, bad, service. So the one nurse left them too. Ya think....
Sent two patients to this home health agency the first one didn't see them in over a week and they were ordered to be there every other day. The second they never went to see and with the same orders for every other day. Then after a weekend the owner stated they did not accept after we had confirmation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
