I have been a client to the Seniors Helping Seniors agency for the past year. I ended up in the hospital for an emergency. Tina Saldanha, Co-owner of Seniors Helping Seniors, who had helped me before, was called and was in the emergency room that morning, telling me not to worry and when I went home her caregivers would be there to help me. And they were. I am so grateful for the care and the help staff and caregivers of the Seniors Helping Seniors agency gives me. I would not have been able to stay at home except for the excellent care given to me. The caregivers come from different backgrounds, retired teachers, nurses, and others, yet they all have in mind the well-being of the client. The are punctual, very clean, flexible, good listeners, sympathetic to the needs of the client, pleasant, tactful, discreet, well trained and knowledgeable. And continuing education help them be aware of new trends for their client's needs. They are willing to stay beyond their schedules if an emergency arises. Above all, the agency and their pleasant staff are dedicated to the welfare of the clients, being on call 24/7 for any change in the schedule to provide immediate help.
