Compassionate Hands Homecare Services LLC

I've waiting a while to write a review. It is hard to put into words what this company means to me and my family. My dad recently passed away. We started using Compassionate Hands during the last few months of his life. Originally, we were looking at the Wake Up and Tuck in Services. However, that evolved into 9 hours of care daily. Sam is so deliberate with who she places in a home. She brings them out for a Meet and Greet. One time, she realized quickly that the person would not be a good fit, so she told us that she would find someone else. Another time, we were in a bit of a bind with getting someone to come stay with Dad one evening, and Sam came and stayed with him! Sam makes housecalls-no matter the reason. She came to the house to help figure out invoices. We had 2 different caregivers, and they became like family. One of them still checks in on us, and tells me how much she missed my dad. Without hesitation, I recommend this company for your loved one. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. Kara

I would not refer any one to this company. We were using them for our Mom/dad..grandparents.. they were left ALONE many times -no calls to let the family know ! No shows seem to be the game here.Management was poor as well. The patients to be cared for are in their 80s one is mostly bed ridden and one is legally blind. Would never allow this company to work with our family again. Several complaints were made to management to try to work out the issues but we do not believe they even care. "Compassionate hands" simply is not a good name for this company.
