I have always felt supported by CHHC. I always feel welcomed when I call or come by the office and my issues are addressed in a timely manner. They also did an excellent job in matching me with the perfect family. CHHC cares for their clients and their employees.
As a parent of a critical care little girl who requires 24 hour nursing care, this company has not done their best to meet our expectations. We have experience with 2 other companies and this one has shown us that our wants and needs are not their priorty as promised when we signed up with them several years ago. They would rather have their pride and continue with a power trip than satisfy our needs with the nurses we requested. We, the family, are not being put first, as promised. Not a company I recommend unless you really don't care who is caring for your child. We almost lost our daughter because of lack of nursing skills of a "fill-in" nurse, and now the company questions us on why we don't want any new nurses out here but want our core group to be here and not boycotted from our house over some issue of a signature on a paper. This company would rather have our daughter put in another possible harmful situation.
The nurse that came to our home for a "home visit" was amazing! Kathy was great with my son. He said he doesn't want to go to the doctor anymore, he just wants Kathy to come to our house. LOL
Children's Home Healthcare has been provided nursing services for my disable son for 3 weeks. Last Monday, my son got sick and entered hospital. They terminated their services right away.
